Recovery Compliance Solutions is excited to announce our newest program for qualified recovery agents, RCS Certification. This program (the only third party independent certification of recovery agents) is available to all recovery agents who meet the “industry standard” of insurance and required licensing. This exciting new program offers many valuable services and benefits to our qualified recovery agents:
- Exclusive use of the “RCS Certified” name and logo on all marketing materials
- Agent listing on Recovery Compliance Solutions’ web site
- Special designation for lenders to view within the DRN website
- Priority referral of “RCS Certified” recovery agents to all RCS clients
- Unlimited Employee Background Checks
- CFPB Compliance Kit
- Access to agent’s profile page through Recovery Compliance Solutions’ web site.
- Profile page allows agent to upload insurance certificates, bonds, licenses, etc.
- RCS Renewal Program
- RCS Renewal Program allows each recovery agent to forward any requests from clients for renewal documents to RCS
- RCS account executives will handle all required renewal documents for clients (including but not limited to: insurance certificates, bonds, state licenses, local business licenses, workers comp coverage, etc)
- Agent will only need to submit an updated renewal document once a year
